Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Edelman FE is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is Full-Time and fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide information about products and services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent
