Log in: Log in to your personal SEO for Jobs account.
Select area: Directly on the welcome page you will find the new window with the heading "Advertising".
Start advertisement: Click on the "Place advertisement" button . A clear dialog will open immediately, guiding you step by step through the most important information that should be included in your ad.
For maximum convenience, the text fields of your advertisement are automatically pre-filled with the information from your existing job advertisement.
If you have placed several jobs, the selection process is very simple: when you click on the process, an overview window with your job advertisements opens directly. In this overview, simply select the job for which you would like to start the advertising campaign. The data is then immediately transferred to the advertisement.
If you are on the details page of your job and have looked at all the information, all you need to do now is place the ad. This is easily done with the "Ad Boost" slider:
You will find this slider at the bottom right. All you have to do is move it to the right to set the desired duration in weeks.
Whether the advertising is active immediately or is paid for first depends entirely on the plan you have booked: Depending on the tariff, the advertising budget is either already included or the purchase is processed directly via your plan. As soon as this is done, the advertising is placed fully automatically by the system and is immediately active. Simply push, done.

The texts in the ad can of course also be edited manually. However, some important factors should be taken into account.
The two titles must not be longer than 30 characters each and the descriptions must not be longer than 90 characters. Which title or description appears in the ad is decided by Google. It varies whether only one or two titles and descriptions are shown. This also depends on whether the search is done from a mobile or desktop device.
The keywords should reflect the search intention of potential applicants so that the ad also appears in the corresponding search results. In most cases, the various parts of the job title are used as a basis.

How many people are actually reached varies greatly depending on the job advertisement in question. For example, a job advertisement for a marketing manager will reach more people than a job advertisement for a nuclear physicist.
The telephone number is automatically taken from your SEO for Jobs user account and can be adjusted by you at any time.
The linking of the advertisement also corresponds exactly to your selected application method. If you have stored a website for the applicant, the advertisement will also lead to this. If you have entered an e-mail address, the complete job offer is displayed with an e-mail button that applicants can click to send an e-mail directly.
