Who We Are

Tri-State Truck Center is a family-owned medium- and heavy-duty Mack, Volvo, and International truck dealership since 1945. We currently operate in 4 states with 9 locations.

What You'll Do:

• Implement effective sales strategies to expand business with new and existing customers.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent prospecting

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Meets established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or commercial vehicle industries

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Requirements:

• Knowledge of commercial vehicle sales processes

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Dealership sales or commercial fleet sales experience

• Brand and product representation and sales development

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Communication skills both written and verbal

• Sense of urgency

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Sales & Prospecting skills
