Junior Technician

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Technician to join our client's team. This role forms part of the Technical and Maintenance Division and offers an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual looking to develop technical skills within a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting maintenance operations, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring efficient service delivery across various locations. Responsibilities : Perform routine planned maintenance across office and HoReCa environments Diagnose and repair mechanical, heating, and electronic faults Carry out on-site service calls and technical interventions Install and set up new equipment as required Use technical manuals and tools to identify and resolve issues Key Requirements : MQF Level 3/4 qualification in Engineering or a Technical field Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) Valid driving licence and ability to work independently Basic IT proficiency and good time management skills Job Info : Type of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime Salary : Depending on experience Benefits : Health Insurance Employee Discount Card valid at all of our outlets.
