Junior French Customer Support- Relocation Support

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with product information, order issues, and general inquiries. Resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary. Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. What We Are Looking For Fluency in French (C2-C1 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
