German Speaking Junior Customer Support Representative

Location: Porto (On-Site) Languages Required: German (Native or Fluent) Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions. Ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
