Responsibilities Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels Collaborate with the team lead to understand role requirements Create job advertisements and perform sourcing activities Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates Enjoy a flexible remote setup, allowing you to manage your own schedule and workload.
