Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers upon their arrival at the airport - Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling - Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the flight - Serve meals and beverages to passengers - Provide excellent customer service and address any passenger inquiries or concerns - Conduct safety demonstrations and assist with emergency procedures - Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle cash and credit card transactions for in-flight purchases - Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment - Adhere to all safety and security procedures set by the company and regulatory agencies Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Customer service experience is preferred - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Must pass a background check and drug screening - Previous experience as a cabin crew or ground staff is a plus We offer competitive salary and benefits packages for our full-time employees, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
