Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily fabrication operations to meet production targets and deadlines. Ensure all fabricated parts and assemblies consistently meet quality standards and specifications. Lead, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, fostering a productive and safe work environment. Coordinate production schedules, material flow, and resource allocation within the fabrication area. Implement and enforce all safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure workplace. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process inefficiencies. Collaborate with engineering and other departments to optimize fabrication processes and designs. Recommended Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience in various fabrication processes (e.g., welding, machining, forming, cutting). Proven ability to lead, mentor, and supervise a fabrication team in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Strong commitment to quality control standards and workplace safety protocols. Demonstrated problem-solving skills for complex fabrication challenges and process optimization.
