Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of finishing department personnel. Ensure all finished products meet established quality standards and specifications. Train, mentor, and evaluate finishing operators to enhance skill sets and productivity. Oversee the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of finishing equipment. Optimize finishing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in various finishing techniques (e.g., painting, coating, final assembly) and associated equipment. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to meet quality and output goals. Strong understanding of quality control principles, defect analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and best practices.
