Utilize statistical forecasting models, market intelligence, and historical data. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Production to align demand plans. Analyze forecast accuracy metrics and identify root causes for deviations. Provide demand input for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Manage demand planning parameters within ERP/APO systems. Assess the impact of demand plans on inventory levels and customer service targets. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills with a solid understanding of various forecasting methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
