Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled calibrations on a wide range of manufacturing instrumentation and test equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust precision measuring equipment and process control instruments. Document calibration results, maintain accurate records, and update calibration databases and systems. Interpret and apply technical specifications, schematics, and calibration procedures. Ensure all calibration activities comply with internal quality standards, ISO guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Maintain and manage calibration standards and test equipment, ensuring their accuracy and proper functioning. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support equipment readiness and process reliability. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in electronics, metrology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent vocational training/certifications. 2+ years of hands-on experience performing calibration and maintenance of test equipment, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and metrological traceability. Proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and calibrating a diverse range of electrical, mechanical, dimensional, pressure, and temperature measurement instruments. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMMs, vision systems). Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards for calibration laboratories. Proficiency with calibration management software (e.g., IndySoft, GageTrack). Ability to perform minor repairs or adjustments on test equipment.
