Key Responsibilities Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of equipment failures to identify permanent corrective actions. Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and programs. Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks. Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Recommend and implement engineering design changes to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability. Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices. Support capital projects by ensuring reliability principles are integrated into new equipment selection and installation.
