Senior VIP Manager Germany

JobMatchingPartner is assisting an expanding international casino and sportsbook operator in recruiting German-speaking VIP Account Managers to join their operations in Limassol, Cyprus . The successful candidate will manage relationships with HNV * VIP players and contribute to the continued growth of the German market . This role suits experienced iGaming professionals who enjoy engaging with players and are motivated by performance-based rewards. Candidates can earn between €28,800 and €45,000 per year, depending on seniority, plus uncapped KPI-related bonuses monthly. Role & Responsibilities Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone Identify potential VIP clients to expand the portfolio Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients Assess and resolve client issues in a professional manner Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance Meet or exceed defined KPI targets Take an active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives Maintain accurate records of player interactions and activity Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the VIP player experience Skills & Experience Native/C2 level German language skills, both written and spoken Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Min 2 years experience successfully managing HNV * VIP players for the German online gambling market . Strong communication and relationship management skills Commercial mindset with focus on player retention Able to manage multiple chats simultaneously Ability to work in a results-oriented and target-driven environment Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Experience working with CRM systems About This Role Salary Mid-level €28,800 - €36,000 depending on seniority Salary Senior €36,000 - €45,000 depending on seniority Uncapped monthly KPI-related bonus .
