JobMatchingPartner is assisting a rapidly expanding international casino and sportsbook operator with recruiting German-speaking Junior VIP Account Managers to join their operations in Limassol, Cyprus . The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting VIP player relationships and driving growth in the German market. Successful candidates can earn up to €33,600 per year plus an uncapped KPI-related monthly bonus . Role & Responsibilities Support daily communication with VIP clients via chat, email and phone Assist in identifying potential VIP clients to expand the portfolio Support the development of solid relationships with VIP clients Help assess and resolve client issues in a professional manner Provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance Work towards meeting defined KPI targets Support the implementation of VIP programs and initiatives Maintain accurate records of player interactions and activity within the CRM Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the VIP player experience Skills & Experience Native/C2 level German language skills, both written and spoken Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Min 1 year experience in Sales, Customer Support, or similar customer-facing roles within iGaming , e-commerce or related industries Strong communication and relationship management skills Ability to work in a results-oriented and target-driven environment Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Keen interest in online casino or sportsbook operations Proactive attitude and willingness to learn About This Role Salary Up to €33,600 annually, depending on experience Uncapped KPI-based monthly bonus Working hours 9-hour shifts between 09:00 and 02:00 on a 7-day rota Workplace Fully office-based in Limassol, Cyprus Relocation package including two weeks of accommodation and travel coverage Complimentary breakfast, fruit and snacks in the office Comprehensive medical and dental insurance Assistance with your work documentation 20 days vacation leave / 26 days if you have 10+ years of work experience in the EU Birthday gift cards and a Multisport card Team-building events and gift packages for life milestones Please apply with your detailed CV in English. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
