Solution Specialist (English & Nordic Language Speaking) – Cloud Solutions Malaga or Valencia, Spain | Hybrid | Full-time We are hiring Solution Specialists with English + one Nordic language (Swedish / Norwegian / Danish / Finnish) to join an international Cloud Solutions environment. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong commercial mindset and proven B2B sales experience in the tech space. Role Overview As a Solution Specialist, you will work closely with business clients to understand their needs and propose suitable cloud-based solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining sales expertise with technical understanding to drive value and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Engage with B2B customers and identify business needs Recommend and position cloud-based solutions Manage and develop customer relationships Drive solution adoption and revenue growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery Mandatory Requirements Fluent English + one Nordic language (SE / NO / DK / FI) Strong B2B tech sales experience Preferably in cloud technologies (Azure, cloud solutions, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills Whats on Offer €36,000 gross/year Up to €6,000 gross/year performance bonus (OTE) Private medical insurance Hybrid working model International and growth-oriented environment Continuous training and career development Working Hours 39 hours/week Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Location: Malaga or Valencia (Spain) Start date: ASAP Interested?
