Risk Management Junior Auditor

A specialized Business Process Services provider offering digital platforms and solutions is seeking a Risk Management Junior Auditor. This role is responsible for the systematic planning and execution of internal audits across a broad range of ISO management systems. The ideal candidate will leverage a risk-based auditing approach to evaluate compliance with BCMS and ISMS standards, identifying critical nonconformities and opportunities for process improvement. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that policies, procedures, and evidence walkthroughs align with international standards and organizational governance. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the internal audit schedule covering all applicable ISO standards to ensure comprehensive organizational compliance. Conduct process-based audits for BCMS and ISMS controls. Lead audit interviews and evidence walkthroughs, collecting and validating policies, procedures, records, logs, and test results. Identify nonconformities, observations, and opportunities for improvement, documenting all findings in detailed audit reports. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and conduct follow-up audits to verify the successful remediation and closure of findings. Support management reviews by providing audit results, trend analysis, and insights into the effectiveness of the risk management framework. Maintain strict impartiality and confidentiality during all audit engagements and evidence reviews. Stay updated on the latest ISO standards, regulatory guidelines, and global best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the audit function. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Business, or Finance preferred). 2–3 years of progressive experience in internal auditing for ISO management systems. (BCMS and ISMS training certifications required). Strong knowledge of risk-based auditing and the process approach, including deep familiarity with ISO clauses and compliance requirements. Proficiency in identifying nonconformities and validating technical evidence across multiple domains. Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA or CISSP are highly preferred.
