The Role: Store Assistant Manager This role is responsible for leading overall store operations while driving sales performance, productivity, and team engagement. The Store Assistant Manager plays a key role in ensuring targets are met, daily operations run smoothly, and the store environment remains positive, energetic, and performance-focused. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability Manage, motivate, and lead team members by example Foster a positive, accountable, and energetic working environment Ensure operational processes and systems are consistently followed About You Proven experience in a store assistant management role within a retail environment Strong ability to drive sales, performance, and team productivity Confident people leader with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable Organised and operationally focused with strong attention to detail Energetic, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting
