Global Finance Delivery, Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities Controllership & Accounting Operations Maintain accurate general ledger records in compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances Payment Processing & Cash Management Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements accurately and on time Maintain accounts payable records, including vendor master data and payment schedules Perform bank reconciliations and support cash balance monitoring Financial Reporting Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities Prepare supporting schedules for management reporting and statutory requirements Assist with documentation for internal and external audits Controls, Compliance & Audit Support Ensure compliance with internal controls, finance policies, and standard operating procedures Coordinate with internal and external auditors and respond to audit queries Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with internal teams such as Procurement, HR, and Business Units to resolve finance-related matters Liaise with external parties including banks, auditors, and vendors as required Qualifications & Experience Certified Public Accountant With at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, controllership, or finance operations Experience in insurance, asset management, financial institutions, or shared services is an advantage Hands-on experience with general ledger, accounts payable, and payment processing Familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP Experience using ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Concur) Proven experience working with internal and external auditors Work Setup: Hybrid Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday Location: BGC, Taguig City By applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for recruitment and employment, may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or to its clients.
