Position Overview We are currently seeking experienced and technically skilled professionals to join our remote call center operations. Native-level fluency in French is required. This position supports a premium, home-based project, providing first-level customer support through inbound and outbound services. You will act as the first point of contact for homeowners using a booking platform, specifically handling escalation cases .
