German-Speaking Agent Location: Thessaloniki, Greece Work Model: Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 Gross Salary: 1,300 EUR gross/month Relocation: Relocation support provided About the Location While this is a remote role, you'll be joining a global team with a strong presence in vibrant locations like Thessaloniki, Greece. About the Position As a German-speaking Customer Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers and partners, ensuring seamless experiences and resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy. This dynamic role involves handling a variety of customer interactions, from managing reservations and payments to addressing complaints and providing essential information. You'll primarily support customers in German, with occasional overflow support in English, making every day unique and engaging. Requirements Proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) to effectively communicate with our customers. A solid command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication, training, and occasional overflow support. Strong written communication skills to handle diverse customer inquiries. Good PC knowledge, including basic troubleshooting and keyboard shortcuts. Excellent multitasking abilities to manage various customer interactions efficiently. No prior contact center experience is required; however, a background in customer service or hospitality is a valuable asset. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and messages, addressing inquiries related to accounts, existing reservations, payments, and complaints. Efficiently handle cancellation and modification requests, ensuring customer satisfaction. Process refunds and assist with extranet account issues for partners. Offer comprehensive information and support regarding customer reviews. Serve customers primarily in German, with the flexibility to assist in English as needed.
