German-Speaking Agent Location: Athens,Greece Work Model: On-site Gross Salary: 1,300 EUR gross/month. Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00. Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. Contract Type: Initial 8-month contract, with potential for extension based on performance. Relocation: Not included. About the Position In this role, you will engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support. Whether you're assisting with technical queries, explaining invoices, or proactively offering new services and contract renewals, your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions. Assist customers with a range of topics, including technical issues related to mobile and internet services, billing questions, and account management. Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant products, services, and contract renewals to enhance their experience. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, friendly, and efficient support. Contribute to team targets and KPIs, ensuring a high quality of service and sales performance. Requirements Language: Native or C1 level proficiency in German, enabling seamless communication with our Swiss customers. Language: B2 level proficiency in English, for internal communication and training purposes. Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or sales role is highly valued, especially 6 months in sales. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
