Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Execute corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Conduct routine inspections of machinery, facility infrastructure, and utility systems. Install, modify, and upgrade new production equipment and machinery. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Adhere strictly to safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), while performing duties. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems). Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting, including motor controls, sensors, and PLCs. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics. Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related field. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens). Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, stick) and basic fabrication. Prior experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or advanced electrical systems. Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
