Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime. Execute corrective maintenance tasks, including replacing worn or faulty components. Assist with the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new machinery. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs performed. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for industrial equipment. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints. Adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO and OSHA regulations. Bonus Qualifications PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience. Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick). Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). HVAC certification or experience with industrial HVAC systems.
