Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors. Oversee all repair and troubleshooting activities to minimize production downtime. Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency (OEE). Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and tracking. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with CMMS software and implementation of preventative/predictive maintenance programs. Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery, electrical systems, PLCs, and automation. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field. Proven experience with budgeting, spare parts inventory management, and vendor relations.
