Key Responsibilities Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime. Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers. Oversee the repair, troubleshooting, and installation of complex manufacturing equipment. Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external contractor services. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and minimize operational disruptions. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and maintenance methodologies (e.g., TPM, RCM). Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including budget and project management. Proficiency with CMMS software and data analysis for maintenance optimization. In-depth understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality standards relevant to manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation. Experience with advanced CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and integration with ERP systems. Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation systems. Proven track record in managing capital improvement projects and facility upgrades.
