Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and skill development. Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Oversee all reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of equipment breakdowns. Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, external services, and capital expenditure requests. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies within maintenance operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency, reduce costs, and extend asset life cycles. Collaborate with production management to minimize operational disruptions due to maintenance activities. Recommended Qualifications 5-7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related technical field). Strong proficiency with CMMS software and experience implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs (TPM, RCM). In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proven leadership skills with experience managing, training, and developing a team of maintenance technicians.
