Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts. Install and commission new manufacturing equipment and systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or a related field. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and motor controls. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Proficiency in welding, machining, or fabrication. Prior experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Certification in a specialized area such as HVAC or refrigeration.
