Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to verify financial transactions. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the general ledger. Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and submitting payroll taxes. Track and record inventory movements and associated costs specific to manufacturing. Prepare basic financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and financial audits. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Experience with cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and COGS within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software. Strong understanding of GAAP and experience preparing financial statements. Aptitude for financial data analysis and identifying discrepancies.
