Recommended Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop production teams. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety regulations. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
