Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor quality control technicians and inspectors. Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems (QMS), product specifications, and regulatory requirements. Investigate product non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor and analyze quality data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee all inspection and testing activities throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming materials to finished goods. Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and work instructions. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for quality enhancement. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing principles. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D). Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
