Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), regulatory standards, and customer specifications. Oversee daily quality control operations, including incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections. Lead investigations into non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Develop, maintain, and control essential quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Plan and conduct internal quality audits to assess system effectiveness and compliance. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance and development. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
