Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor quality control personnel, including training and performance management. Ensure products meet specified quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. Manage the disposition of non-conforming materials and lead corrective action processes. Oversee all inspection activities, including incoming, in-process, and final product release. Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventative measures. Participate in internal and external quality audits and follow-up on findings. Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key performance indicators and trends. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment. Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing a team of quality technicians or inspectors. Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and implement robust quality control plans. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
