Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). Oversee all quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and statistical process control (SPC). Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Manage supplier quality, including audits and performance monitoring. Facilitate internal and external quality audits and manage audit findings. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, 8D). Proven leadership and team management capabilities, including developing and mentoring staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
