Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards. Lead and manage all internal and external quality audits, including regulatory and customer audits. Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process. Manage supplier quality programs, including audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Ensure product and process compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
