Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements. Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance and quality control teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Manage supplier quality, including audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Oversee internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Analyze quality data, generate reports, and present findings to identify trends and areas for improvement. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge and practical application of ISO 9001 (or relevant industry-specific QMS standards like IATF 16949). Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques. Demonstrated leadership ability in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing quality teams.
