Oversee the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment. Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring budget and timeline adherence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve operational goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Develop and manage the engineering department budget and resource allocation. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field. 7+ years of progressive experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, driving project execution and technical excellence. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality management systems.
