Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) with 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams, including mentorship and performance management. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, automation, and industrial control systems. Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion, within budget and schedule. Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their application to optimize production efficiency and quality. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., industrial IoT, robotics, AI). Proficiency with specific ERP or PLM systems relevant to the manufacturing industry.
