Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company policies. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and procedures. Conduct EHS risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards. Lead and participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Develop and deliver EHS training to employees and contractors. Perform regular EHS audits and inspections to identify non-compliance and drive continuous improvement. Monitor EHS performance metrics, analyze trends, and report to management. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Professional certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA). Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
