Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems to ensure continuous production. Oversee network infrastructure, servers, and cybersecurity measures across the manufacturing plant. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for manufacturing personnel and production systems. Lead the implementation of new manufacturing execution systems (MES) and automation projects. Develop and enforce IT security policies and disaster recovery plans for plant operations. Collaborate with production teams to identify technology needs and drive digital transformation initiatives. Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware/software for manufacturing operations. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in IT leadership, project management, and team development. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing IT systems, including ERP, MES, SCADA, and OT/IT integration. Strong background in managing IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity protocols. Ability to align IT strategy with manufacturing business objectives and drive digital transformation. Experience with industrial IoT (IIoT), data analytics, and automation technologies in a production environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in a production environment. Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments, including SCADA, PLCs, or industrial control systems. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices specifically applied to industrial control systems (ICS) or OT environments. Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
