Key Responsibilities Manage and ensure the reliability and security of critical IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing operations. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems and other business-critical applications within the manufacturing environment. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect production data, intellectual property, and operational systems. Lead IT projects focused on process automation, data integration, and digital transformation initiatives across production facilities. Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for IT initiatives, aligning them with manufacturing goals and business objectives. Manage IT vendor relationships, service level agreements, and procurement for hardware, software, and services relevant to manufacturing. Ensure IT compliance with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and internal corporate policies for manufacturing operations. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing IT/OT convergence and supporting critical industrial control systems (SCADA, MES, PLC). Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies that enhance manufacturing efficiency and business continuity. Expertise in designing and implementing robust cybersecurity measures for both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Extensive experience managing complex IT infrastructure, network operations, and data integrity in a 24/7 manufacturing setting. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, vendor negotiation, and successful delivery of IT initiatives. Bonus Qualifications Experience managing or implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA environments. Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) security best practices and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). Familiarity with Industrial IoT (IIoT) and Industry 4.0 concepts. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to IT processes.
