Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in machinery, control systems, and power distribution. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure operational reliability and safety. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC), and company policies. Calibrate, test, and adjust electrical instruments and control devices. Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs). Recommended Qualifications Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification. Proven experience with industrial control systems, PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and motor controls. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical issues on manufacturing equipment. Thorough understanding of NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout procedures, and other industrial safety standards. Experience with industrial power distribution systems and instrumentation.
