Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes, etc.) according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and G-code programs. Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure part quality and efficiency. Inspect finished parts for defects and adherence to specifications using precision measuring tools. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines and work area. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine alarms or production issues. Load and unload raw materials and finished components from machines. Recommended Qualifications Hands-on experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, bore gauges). Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machinery, including tooling and offsets. Strong understanding of machining principles, material properties, and quality control processes.
