Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations. Develop, train, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools. Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid problem-solving and waste reduction. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Continuous Improvement roles within a manufacturing environment. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) with a proven track record of successful project implementation. Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and Standard Work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools. Exceptional leadership, project management, and change management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with the Shingo Model or Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles. Demonstrated ability to develop and present compelling business cases for CI initiatives, including detailed financial projections.
