Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions in robots. Install, calibrate, and integrate new robotic equipment and end-of-arm tooling. Program and teach robot paths, sequences, and logic for manufacturing applications. Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze robot performance data to optimize operations. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve robot efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA). Strong working knowledge of PLC programming and industrial control systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens). Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and diagrams. Proven experience with diagnostic tools and performing both preventative and corrective maintenance in a manufacturing setting. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence). Certifications for specific robot manufacturers (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB). Proficiency with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet). Familiarity with CAD software for reviewing mechanical designs and tooling.
