Ensure adherence to product specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee all inspection activities, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections. Investigate quality non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D). Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Proficiency in root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and data analysis. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Experience leading internal or external quality audits. Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab). Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing sector (e.g., medical devices, automotive).
