Key Responsibilities Oversee daily quality control operations and ensure adherence to established standards. Manage, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and documentation. Lead investigations into quality non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and report performance. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field. 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance role, with proven supervisory or team lead experience. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (SPC, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, CAPA). Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
