Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure products meet specified quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Manage and optimize supplier quality processes and performance. Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections and testing. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100). Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving. Demonstrated leadership ability to build, mentor, and manage a quality team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
