Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management) or equivalent combination of education and experience; ASQ certification (e.g., CQA, CQE) is a plus.
