The Opportunity We are collaborating with multiple companies in Whitehall seeking experienced Quality Engineers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF) and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality non-conformances. Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) to ensure quality requirements are integrated into design and manufacturing processes. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with core quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis. Strong understanding and practical experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems. Demonstrated ability to lead problem-solving initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D). Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with MES or ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
